Everyone deserves a Fully Charged Future?
Have you ever gotten excited thinking about the future - your next career move, an upcoming promotion, or your dream job? Imagine if you never had the opportunity to dream bigger. For many teens and young adults in our community, their future isn't limited by their imagination, but instead limited by the available opportunities in front of them. Fully Charged Futures is working to change that!
We're looking for companies throughout our community to partner with us as a starting point for full and part time employment opportunities. These programs will support vocational skills development, help build portfolios for future employment, and strengthen areas where program participants are already showing an interest and skill. At KAIA, we believe employment is about more than having a job, it's about building skills, confidence, and independence.
